ELNE Policy Recommendations: New Languages Available
The ELNE Policy Recommendations 2025 are now available in more languages
The Educational Leadership Network Europe (ELNE) is pleased to announce that the Policy Recommendations on proposing a European definition of Collaborative School and Educational Leadership are now available in additional languages. The publication can now be accessed in Spanish, French, Dutch, Greek, Latvian, and English.
These policy recommendations bring together perspectives and good practices from across Europe to strengthen collaborative and evidence-informed educational leadership at all levels of education.
They highlight the importance of:

Building democratic and trust-based leadership cultures within schools and education systems.

Empowering teachers, school leaders, parents, and students as partners in learning and shared decision-making.

Linking research, policy, and practice to improve educational outcomes and innovation.
