Aim of the webinar:

Population development challenges both Finland and Europe: birth rates are declining, younger age groups are decreasing, and the population is aging. One solution to these challenges are immigration and successful integration. In this webinar, we will discuss how, at different educational levels and in collaboration with employers from various sectors, we can support the integration of immigrants. We will hear an introduction to OECD’s findings on the topic and aim to highlight good practices and the kind of leadership required to develop them. All interested in the topic are warmly welcome!
