ENIRDELM: Integrating educational policy, research, development and practice as well as Eastern and Western Europe

Aim of the webinar

ENIRDELM, the European Network for Improving Research and Development in Educational Leadership and Management, was established in 1991 following the opening of the former Soviet bloc to the rest of Europe. Initially, ENIRDELM was created to bring together school leaders, educational administrators, trainers, researchers and consultants from across Europe and beyond, who share an interest educational leadership and management. In the webinar, we will introduce the network, talk about opportunities to join its work, for example our next conference in Rijeka, Croatia on 25-28.9.2025, and present some of last year's conference highlights on transforming educational organisations into learning communities.
